An upper arm lift brachioplasty in the Inland Empire is a surgical procedure that removes excessive and loose skin and flabby fat from under the arms. Some of the causes of this excessive saggy skin is due to aging, genetics and excessive weight loss. This surgical procedure is usually done under general anesthesia.
