This patient is a 21 year old lady who had a previous child, and after breast feeding desired a fuller lifted breast. She underwent a vertical mastopexy along with placement of 240cc saline implants under the muscle (breast augmentation).
This patient is a 44 year old female who underwent gastric bypass surgery and lost near 100 pounds as a result. She underwent a combined vertical mastopexy (breast lift) with placement of differential implants (240 cc on the right, 270 cc on the left) in order to attain symmetry. At the same time, she underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).
This patient is a 34 year old lady who underwent gastric bypass surgery after having 2 children. She subsequently lost 130 pounds, and as a result, had excess skin in her abdomen as well as loss of volume in the breasts.
